I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve emotional well-being and personal growth.  Hypnotherapy is a fantastic tool to create real focus and progression through challanges to enable progress.  My approach is holistic and progressive, aiming to address assist you in moving forward towards your goals.  I am able to provide sessions in Bournemouth or Wimborne but can also deliver sessions via video link online

Our individual therapy sessions are tailored to address specific emotional challenges and empower clients to achieve lasting positive changes. Through cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy and neurolinguistic programming, I help individuals overcome obstacles and improve emotional well-being.

 I offer group sessions for teenagers covering exam stress and general teen anxiety, aiming to equip your teen with the tools to navigate lifes' challenges by building in coping mechanisms which foster resilience .  Please contact me to find out when my next sessions are running

My stress management sessions are suitable for individuals or for group sessions such as corporations or businesses.
