My group therapy sessions for Teenagers utilize neuro-linguistic programming to facilitate positive changes and personal development.  I also build in coping mechanisms to assist in building resilience using some CBT techniques and also, meditative/hypnotherapy style relaxation in every session.  These sessions are tailored to address various issues that teens face  and promote emotional well-being.
